Have fun and make games, or hack your homework using Ruby!

Just tell your parents or teachers you are learning Ruby programming... ;)

Ruby is FREE and OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE* and works on any computer.

We have set aside 2 hours to teach kids how to program in Ruby using KidsRuby (http://kidsruby.com) in San Francisco, CA on September 18th, 2011 in participation with the Golden Gate Ruby Conference (http://gogaruco.com).

YOU MUST BRING A PORTABLE COMPUTER TO ATTEND! Does not matter which kind, PC or MAC... iPADS/iPODS DO NOT COUNT.

Each kid will receive their own free KidsRuby USB drive to use for the class and then to take with and use at home/school/wherever.

* Open Source means that the actual programing code used to make the software is available for anyone to look at and modify themselves. How cool is that!
